July’s meeting was called to order at 6:10pm.

Present were Shane, Kathy, Jimmy, JB, & Diane

Absent were Sharon, Wanda (sister’s death), Bucky, Jeff

No Treasurers report due to Wanda being absent

Minutes were accepted.

Chamber Banquet: Jimmy would help find people to participate if Kathy would write a trial. Will talk about the Banquet at next months meeting.

Poker Run- Saturday, July 28th- $20.00 a boat, they can enter up to 5 times. JB needs to call Randy and get there rules for motorcycle rally- Kathy 1st, JB 2nd, motion carried. People can enter at Marina, Ruf-Nec Tackle, The Tackle Box & Fireside. We will need 5 locations with a boat at each location. The officical boats at the locations will punch card and initial. Entries will stop at 12:00 on the 28th. The run will be between 1:00- 4:00pm. Then meet at the Civic Center at 5:30 to draw your hand. Chamber will keep 20%of entries and we will give 50% to high hand and 30% to low hand. All boats must obey the NM State Boating Laws.
